All applicant fingerprint submissions are transmitted electronically to the California Department of Justice. What is the cost for Live scan fingerprinting?

Our rolling fee to do the live scan is $30 plus any government fees that apply to your request. For up to date government fees please check the DOJ fee schedule. if your form has a billing number the requesting agency will cover the government fees.

Application Status?

You can contact your requesting agency or check the status of your background check online at https://applicantstatus.doj.ca.gov/. Enter your ATI# provided to you during the Live Scan process and your DOB (date of birth).
